Welcome to the redesigned and refurbished transfusionmedicine.ca web site. You will find most of the resources you have become familiar with, and a few new features we hope you find useful.

Transfusion Medicine Residency Fall Semester
The Transfusion Medicine Residency program has a new education team and a new online home at transfusionmedicine.ca.

Canadian Blood Services successfully implemented the ISBT 128 labelling standard on June 1, 2009.
ISBT 128 is an international standard for the labelling of blood components with the objective of achieving international consistency in the information provided on component end labels and the placement of such information. For information and resources, see the ISBT 128 project page.
