Nadine Shehata, MD, MSc, FRCPC
Nadine Shehata, Associate Medical Director, Canadian Blood Services, Toronto, and Assistant Professor, Division of Hematology, St. Michael’s Hospital, University of Toronto is an adult haematologist. She completed a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology with the department of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. Her research interests include the impact of anemia on morbidity and mortality and red cell transfusions in cardiac surgery currently focusing on red cell transfusion triggers perioperatively in high risk cardiac patients.
