Judie Leach Bennett, LL.B., LL.M.

Judie is Canadian Blood Services' Assistant General Counsel and her primary areas of practice include health law, product liability, insurance law, and risk management. Before joining Canadian Blood Services, Judie practised with a Toronto law firm, acting on a variety of matters, including the defence of the Canadian Red Cross Society and its insurer in the HIV and HCV litigation. Called to the Bar of Ontario in 1993, Judie is a Law Society Certified Specialist (Health Law) and holds a Master of Laws as well as risk management designations.
